Why do cats prefer a water fountain over a regular bowl?
Cats prefer running water—it's fresh & fun! Regular water bowls can develop weird smells over time, while the fountain keeps water circulating - making it more tempting for your cat to drink!
How often should I clean the fountain and pump?
For clean, fresh water, we recommend a full cleaning of the fountain and pump once a week.
How often should I replace the filter and sponge?
Replace the filter every 2–3 weeks and the sponge weekly to keep water safe for your pet.
Where can I buy replacement filters and sponges?
Search B0F3JGGBVV or B0F3JFZPLB on Amazon for genuine WILKIEE parts. For safety and proper fit, always use official filters.
